Radzę dosyć często go mieszać, a w razie potrzeby dolewać mleka. Makówki powinny mieć konsystencję płynną, ale nie za rzadką. Pod koniec gotowania dodajemy miód albo cukier w dowolnych ilościach, tak by dla nas były odpowiednio słodkie. Po godzinie, gdy mak jest już miękki zabieramy się do ułożenia składników w misce. Układamy na przemian warstwy:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11px;"&gt;- zgniecione chrupki, polane posłodzonym mlekiem (tak by były miękkie)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; Na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę i smażymy cebulę oraz czosnek. Następnie dodajemy paprykę i pomidory. Chwilę dusimy pod pokrywką, aż warzywa zmiękną i powstanie sos. Na końcu dodajemy oliwki, pomidory suszone i mozarellę pokrojoną w kostkę. Zostawiamy do wyrośnięcia. Resztę wody z margaryną podgrzewamy, aż tłuszcz się rozpuści. Do miski wsypujemy mąkę, sól i żółtko oraz dodajemy rozpuszczone drożdże. Lekko mieszamy. Stopniowo dodajemy wodę z roztopionym tłuszczem, uważając by nie wlać za dużo. Wyrabiamy ciasto, które powinno mieć stałą konsystencję i nie lepić się do rąk. Zostawiamy w ciepłym miejscu do wyrośnięcia (można np. włączyć piekarnik na niską temperaturę i tam włożyć ciasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11px;"&gt;Sos: Na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę. Dodajemy 4 łyżki mąki oraz łyżeczkę proszku do pieczenia i mieszamy delikatnie widelcem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'; font-size: 13px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11px;"&gt;Przekładamy ciasto na blachę i wkładamy do rozgrzanego (do 180st) piekarnika. Pieczemy 10 min. Po upieczeniu wykładamy ciasto na ścierkę i zawijamy w roladę. Gdy wystygnie delikatnie rozwijamy i smarujemy dżemem z żurawiny oraz kremem. Krem. Miksujemy kostkę masła. Gdy masło zmięknie i stworzy jednolitą masę dodajemy cukier, żółtka i cytrynę. Potem stopniowo po łyżeczce jogurt. Krem nakładamy na dżem z żurawiny i ponownie zawijamy. Dodać jajka, posiekaną cebulę i koniecznie posolić. Na patelni rozgrzać olej i smażyć! Ponieważ następnego dnia miałyśmy z koleżanką Pigułką ją odwiedzić postanowiłam upiec babeczki by poprawić jej humor. Jajka ubijamy na sztywną pianę dodając cukier. Następnie dodajemy żółtka i chłodne kakao. Przestajemy miksować i lekko mieszając widelcem dodajekmy kokos i amarantus a później orzechy i czekoladę pokrojone na kawałki. Przejrzę wszystkie dostępne żródła zaczynając od starych rodzinnych przepisów po najnowsze strony internetowe szukając i dostosowując podane w nich przepisy do naszych (bezglutenowych) potrzeb. Wypróbuję je, a skutki przedstawie na tejże stronie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Czekajcie na kolejne rezultaty moich poszukiwań!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A ja będę wdzięczna za Wasze komentarze i opinie, jak również propozycje nowych potraw do wypróbowania.
